摘要
用主动测量仪控制机械加工中的尺寸分散是目前普遍采用的技术 ,但其属开环控制 ,控制精度有限 .为实现闭环控制 ,进一步提高加工精度及自动化程度 ,研制了专机———机外测量机 ,并就圆锥轴承磨削加工后 。
In process gauging system is a popularly used technology to control machining size deviation. However, it is an open loop system with lower control accuracy. In order to realize closed loop control system to further improve the machining accuracy and heighten automaziation, it has great important significance to develop a special purpose machine, a post process gauging machine. This paper discussed the design of this machine for measuring ID and the raceway diameter of taper roller bearing ring on the grinding machine.
