摘要
为满足工业零件尺寸测量的复杂要求 ,对结构光三维扫描法的基本工作原理进行了全面分析。并在此基础上实现了一种新的三维拼接技术 ,其核心是利用一个步进电机驱动的旋转工作台对不同视场的数据点云进数据缝合 ,以提供完整的零件表面三维信息。新方法不仅提高了系统精度和灵敏度 ,而且降低了对硬件系统的要求。
The basic principle of the structured light 3 D scanning method was analyzed to improve the dimensional measurements of industrial parts. A stepper motor controlled turntable was used to scan multiple views which were then combined into complete information for the part surface. The part shape accuracy is improved, even with less accurate measurements. Experiments show that the method has the advantage of perfect performance and high precision.
