摘要
对Ag -Cu/Ti双层膜的摩擦磨损特性、显微硬度进行了实验研究和理论分析 .结果表明 ,在干摩擦条件下 ,当膜厚在 0 .2 2 4~ 0 .5 76 μm时 ,磨损率分别随膜厚、载荷、滑动速度的增大而增大 ;摩擦系数分别随膜厚、载荷的增大而减小 ;显微硬度随膜厚的增大而减小 ;其磨损的形式主要以磨粒磨损为主 。
The friction and wear properties under dry sliding as well as micro-hardness on the Ag-Cu/Ti bilayer films were studied experimentally. The results show that the film wear rate increases with increasing of the thickness, load and sliding speed, the friction coefficient decreases with increasing of the thickness of bilayer films and load,and the micro-hardness decreases with increasing of the thickness of bilayer films at the film thickness 0.224~0.576 μm.The wear mechanism were dominated by abrasive wear and slight adhesive wear.
