摘要
在动态子结构修改方法的基础上,建立了车身结构的低噪声优化设计模型。然后,对某型国产轿车的车身乘坐室进行低噪声优化设计计算,并在计算结果的指导下进行降噪处理,获得了较为明显的车内降噪效果,同时也验证了所建立的优化设计模型的正确性和有效性。
An optimization model for low noise design of an automobile body structure is developed based on the dynamic substructure modification method. Then the design calculation of low noise optimization for the passenger compartment of a homemade saloon car is put in practice, and the corresponding noise - depressing treatment is guided with the calculated results. The effect of the noise - depressing treatment in the passenger compartment is evident, which valiate the correctness and effectiveness of the optimization design model devel-oped at the same time.
