对基于 PC的管道环焊缝超声检测系统实时性进行全面的分析研究 ,从软件和硬件两方面确定了解决系统实时性的几种途径 ,开发了 Windows环境下的系统实时控制软件及运动控制软件 。
Having an analysis of the real time request of ultrasonic inspection system on pipeline girth welds based on PC,the paper discussed several ways to define the real time from both software and hardware.A project for constructing a real time system and motion controlling software based on Windows system has been put forward and the design has been validated in experiment.
