摘要
针对涟钢三炼钢厂 1 #步进冷床数次发生升降油缸断裂、油管裂开、平衡阀冲坏的事故 ,从受力角度进行简单分析 ,采取加装安全阀等措施 。
A brief analysis from under stress angle has been done concerning the breakage of the lift cylinder, crack of oil pipes and damage of equalization valve, which had happened repeatedly and influenced the performance of No 1 step type cooling bed of No 3 Steelmaking Workshop in LianSteel Works.Measures such as providing safety valves have been taken with satisfactory results.
