摘要
建设系统的信息化建设起步于 80年代,经过近 2 0年的发展,信息技术在建设系统的应用成果显著。勘察设计行业CAD技术的应用,使传统的工程设计过程发生了彻底革命,目前全行业CAD出图率已达到 95 %以上;国内建筑施工企业的计算机应用相对而言起步较晚,应用水平参差不齐、相差较大,但施工软件的应用前景十分广阔;智能建筑在我国近几年呈现出欣欣向荣景象,现代高科技和信息技术正在由智能建筑走向智能住宅小区;仿真与虚拟现实技术的发展受到了我国政府的高度重视,已开始在城市规划设计、虚拟建筑设计、房地产销售虚拟漫游等领域得到应用;将CIMS技术应用于住宅工程项目建设的全过程,形成一种基于现代信息技术的、融合现代管理技术、系统工程、动态联盟等先进思想的住宅开发模式,将促进住宅产业现代化;数字城市已成为 十五"建设的重点,将为城市调控、预测、监管提供革命性的手段。
The application of information technique to civil engineering in China began from 80s of last century. It has come to a high level after 20 years development. The application of CAD technique makes the design procedure change a lot. Today, more than 95% of shop drawings are plotted by means of CAD software. The application of computers by builders is later, and it is at relatively low level. Intellectual buildings are getting more and more in China recently. The application of modern technique and IT are making great strides from intellectual buildings to intellectual dwelling house district. More and more attention is paid to the research and application of computer simulation and virtual reality by the government, and they are being applied to city planning, virtual architectural design, and real estate. Modern dwelling house industry may become true by using CIMS technique in the whole procedure of construction. Digital city will be the key in the next five years, and it may provide a new tool for city cortrol, city forecast and city management.
