In this paper,on the basic of theoretic concrete mix proportion,a new method for making high strength and performance concrete(HSPC) is developed by changing the proportion of different mineral admixtures and ratio of total mineral admixtures to cement,as well as by utilizing the cement mortar made of middle sand to precast the workalibility of HSPC.Based on this new method,a kind of HSPC with 28 day compressive strength of 96MPa has been obstained by using only the P.O 42 5R cement content of 290kg/m 3 and the mineral admixtures including fly ash,blast furnace slag and zeolite,but no silica fume.
