摘要
目的 评价超声声学定量 (AQ )技术测量左心房功能的准确性。方法 使用AQ技术和电影磁共振 (Cine MRI)技术分别测量了 2 2例肥厚型心肌病 (hypertrophiccardiomyopathy ,HCM )患者的左心房功能。 结果根据AQ技术测得的左心房容积 -时间曲线及面积 -时间曲线得到的左心房功能各指标均同利用cine MRI技术测得的各相应指标有良好的相关性 ,根据容积 -时间曲线得到的左心房功能各指标相关性明显高于根据面积 -时间曲线得到的指标同cine MRI技术相应测量结果之间的相关性 (r =0 .74～ 0 .98,均 P <0 .0 0 1vsr =0 .5 7～ 0 .96,P <0 .0 0 6～ 0 .0 0 1)。结论 利用AQ技术测得的左心房容积
Objective To evaluate the accuracy of real time two dimensional echocardiographic acoustic quantification (AQ) for measurement of the left atrial (LA) function.Methods The LA function in twenty two patients with hypertrophic cardiomyopathy was measured by cine magnetic resonance imaging (cine MRI) and AQ echocardiography respectively.Results Both the indices of LA function derived from AQ on line derived LA volumes and the indices derived from AQ on line derived areas correlated well with results measured by cine MRI,the indices derived from AQ on line derived LA volumes correlated better with the results measured by cine MRI than those derived from AQ on line derived areas (r= 0.74 ～ 0.98 ,all P< 0.001 vs r= 0.57 ～ 0.96 ,P< 0.006 ～ 0.001 ).Conclusions The indices of LA function derived from AQ especially those from AQ on line derived LA volumes can evaluate LA function accurately
