摘要
目的 探讨老年２型糖尿病患者行运动疗法后中性粒细胞和单核细胞膜ＣＤ１１ｂ／ＣＤ１８的表达。方法 对２６例老年２型糖尿病患者进行运动疗法，每隔１月抽血检测白细胞ＣＤ１１ｂ／ＣＤ１８的表达。结果 接受运动疗法３０ｄ后，中性粒细胞和单核细胞膜ＣＤ１１ｂ／ＣＤ１８的表达与运动前比较均显著降低（Ｐ＜０．０１）。结论 对老年２型糖尿病患者行运动疗法，能明显改善白细胞的粘附能力。
Objective To assess the effects of exercise on CD11b/CD18 of the elderly patients with type- 2 diabetes. Methods The CD11b/CD18 was tested in the 26 elderly patients with type-2 diabetes who received exercise for 1 month. Results The CD11b/CD18 decreased significantly. Conclusion The ergotherapy can improve the CD11b/CD18 of the elderly patients with type-2 diabetes.
