摘要
本文研究了注射级ABS/SBS共混体系的流变性能和力学性能,分析了共混物的形态结构。结果表明SBS是ABS的良好增韧剂,随SBS含量增加,共混物的粘度减少,拉伸强度降低,而韧性明显增加。当SBS含量为10%时脆点降至—38℃,此时共混物具有均匀的微相结构。
The rheological and mechanical properties of ABS/SBS blend of injection grade were studied and the morphological structure of the blend was analyzed in this paper. The results showed that SBS was a suitable toughener for ABS, and with the increase of SBS adding amount, the viscosity of the blend decreased and the tensile strength came down, but the toughness increased obviously. When SBS adding amount was 10%, the brittle point of the blend came down to—38℃ and the blend had a homogeneous micro-phase structure.
