摘要
本文对PP/SBS、PP/BR、PP/SBS/BR和PP/SBS/BR/HDPE几种共混体系进行了研究。得到了这几种共混体系配比与物理机械性能和熔体表观粘度的关系。结果表明,SBS与BR并用增韧PP时,有着显著的协同效应。PP/SRS/BR三元共混物具有优良的抗冲性能和良好的成型工艺性。
Studies of PP/SBS,PP/BR, PP/SBS/BR and PP/SBS/BR/HDPE were made in this paper, and the relationship of the blending ratio of the above blend systems to the physical mechanical properties and melt apparent viscosity was obtained. The results showed that when SBS was used along with BR in the toughness modification of PP,the synergistic effect of them was obvious. PP/SBS/BR terpolymer had high impact resistance and good proeessability.
