摘要
针对湖北省水资源管理的现状和产业结构的特点,从用水定额的概念、编制原则、基本形式、编制方法等方面,对工业和城市用水定额进行了研究,制定了14个行业部分产品和城市部分生活用水定额,为强化节约用水,保护水环境,合理配置水资源,提高水的利用效率,推行用水定额管理提供了可靠的基础。
Aimed at the characteristics of the current status of water management and industrial structure, the water quotas of industry and domestic use are researched by considering the concept of water quota, compiling principles, basic forms and compiling methods, and the water quotas of partial products of 14 kinds of industrial and city domestic uses are set up, which can provide a solid foundation for strengthening water saving, water environment protection, rational allocation of water resources, increasing water use efficiency, and spreading of water use quota management.
