摘要
目的 探讨在第二产程中 ,不同分娩体位对产妇分娩效果及舒适度的影响。方法 选择孕37～ 42周经阴道头位分娩的初产妇 1 0 0例 ,随机分成两组 ,实验组产妇采取半卧位结合适时膀胱截石位 ;对照组产妇采取仰卧膀胱截石位 ,观察两组产妇产程进展及并发症和产妇舒适度的变化。结果 实验组较对照组第二产程缩短 (P <0 .0 1 ) ,新生儿窒息的发生率降低 (P <0 .0 5) ,实验组较对照组产妇产后下肢疼痛、麻木不适减轻 ,舒适度增加。结论 在第二产程中 。
Objective Probed that different postures affect the birth result and comfort during the second birth process. Methods Chose 100 cases the primiparae who were pregnant 37～42 weeks and head posture delivery from vagina, and the parturients were divided into two groups by randomness. The parturients in experimental group took half lying position linking with appropriate vesical lithotomy position; the parturients in control group took supine vesical lithotomy position. Observed the parturients' birth process developing, complication and the changing of comfort in two groups. Result The second birth process in experimental group was shorter than the control group (P<0.01), the new fetal suffocation reduced (P<0.05). Comparing with the parturients in control group, the parturients in experimental group reduced the lower limbs pain, numbness and increased comfort. Conclusion In the second birth process, helping parturients take half lying position linking with appropriate vesical lithotomy position was prior to supine vesical lithotomy position. [
