摘要
目的 探索人格互动与家庭规则及系统式家庭治疗之间的相互关系。方法 用系统治疗理论对人格及家庭规则进行观察和描述。结果 1对某一个人的人格描述 ,取决于观察者或观察系统对被描述人本身的心理特质和行为模式的期待理解和解释。2家庭成员之间人格互动的结果形成家庭规则 ,而行为的变化会引起规则的改变 ,从而导致问题的变化。结论 心理治疗师用系统的眼光去理解当事人的人格特征 ,以及家庭成员间的相互关系 ,有助发现观察系统是怎样制造和维持家庭问题 ,找出可变方向 ,引导治疗。
Objective To explore the relationship among personality co-activity,family rules and systemic family therapy.Method The personality and family rules are observed and described by systemic therapy theory.Result ①The describe of the client's personality bases on the observer or the observing system's expecting understand and explanation about the client's psychological trait and behavioral model.②The personality co-activity of the families results in the family rules,and the changes of behavioral model lead to the change of rules,then results in problem's changes.Conclusion The therapists should understand the client's personality trait and the families' relationship through systemic method.It can help us to find how the observing systemic make and maintain family problems and guide the therapy.
