摘要 本文研究了几种催化剂对合成邻苯二甲酸酐型不饱和聚酯的催化作用。研究结果表明:UPC—1#为缩聚反应的最佳催化剂,其用量为总投料量的0.30~0.35%。使用该催化剂可使反应时间缩短约35~40%,反应温度从210℃降至190℃,且不必向反应体系通入惰性气体。催化缩聚对树脂的各项性能均无影响。已在工业生产中获得应用。 The catalysis effect of some catalysts on the synthesis of unsaturated polyester of phthalic anhydride type was studied. The results showed that UPC—1 was the optimal catalyst for condensation polymerization, Its adding amount was 0.30%~0.3% of the reaction mass. By using the catalyst, the reaction time could be reduced about 35%~40%, reaction temperature dropped from 210℃ to 190℃ and had no need for inert gas in the reaction system. The catalytic condensation did not affect the property of the polyester, and the method had been used in commercial production.
