摘要
目的 :探讨炔雌醇、利凡诺、米索前列醇联合和单用利凡诺中止中、晚期妊娠的临床疗效。方法 :将185例妊娠14～34周、要求终止妊娠的孕妇分2组 ,第一组93例采用利凡诺联合米索前列醇中止中晚期妊娠 ;第二组则采用利凡诺引产 ,分娩后给以炔雌醇。结果 :从流产时间、产后出血、产后需要清宫否 ,宫颈裂伤和会阴裂伤等项目观察两组药物流产效果 ,第一组效果明显优于第二组。结论 :采用利凡诺联合米索前列醇中止中晚期妊娠比常规单用利凡诺更安全有效 ,能缩短产程 。
Objective:To study the effect between Ethinylestradiol combined Rivanolum and Misoprostil and sole Rivanolum for stoping the metaphase and late pregnancy.Methods:185 gravidas with 14～34 gestational weeks who asked to stop pregnancy were divided into two groups.93 cases in the first group were given Rivanolum combined Misoprostil for stoping metaphase and late pregnancy.the others in the second group were given Rivanolum solely.Ethinylestradiol was given after delivery.The effects of drug abortion in the two groups were observed respectively such as abortion time.Postpartum hemorrhage.Postpartum clearing metra.Cervix and perineum laceration etc.Results:The effect in the first group was superior to the second group.Conclusion:The administration of Rivanolum combined Misoprostil is compared with sole Rivanolum for stoping metaphase and late pregnancy,the results have showed that the former is even more safety and gets good effect,which can shorten the birth process and reduce the sufferings of the patients.
