摘要
目的 :观察吲达帕胺对老年性高血压的疗效。方法 :62例老年性高血压患者随机分为两组。治疗组31例给予吲达帕胺2 5mg,早餐后服用 ,1次/日 ,疗程1月 ;对照组31例给予尼莫地坪片20mg,3次/日 ,疗程1月。治疗组和对照组中伴有冠心病、糖尿病、高血脂症的患者 ,同时服用相应治疗药物 ,如地奥心血康、脂必妥、盐酸二甲双胍。结果 :吲达帕胺对老年性高血压的收缩压、舒张压均有降压作用 ,特别是收缩压下降明显 ;对头晕、眼花、耳鸣、肢体发麻等主要症状有明显缓解 ,对心电图ST—T的改变有所改善 ,对高血压造成心脏的扩大有明显的缩小作用 ,对血糖、甘油三脂、血胆固醇、血K+无明显影响 ,具有排钠作用。结论
Objective:To observe indapmide s treatment of the senile hypertension.Methods:62 patients with senile hypertension was divided into two groups.The curing group had 31 patients who took two and a half pieces of indapamide after breakfast a day,and the period of treatment was one month.The comparing group had 31 patients who took 20mg nimodipine one time a day,and the period of treatment wass also one month.The patients with coronary heart disease?diabetes and hyperlipaemia in above two groups had taken the corresponding medicine.Results:Indapamide remarkedly depressurized both systolic pressure and diastolic pressure of the senile hypertension,especially came down the systolic pressure efficiently.The indapamide also had good effect on the lysis of the main symptoms,such as dizziness,having dim eyesight,tinnitus,numb limbs,and indapamide wass able to distinctly improve the changes of ST-T of electrocandiogram and had obvious reduction of the heart s enlargement caused by hypertension.But indapamide had no effect on the changes of blood sugar,TG,TC,K+.Conclusion:Indapamide is the safe and effective medicine to cure the senile hypertension.
