摘要
目的 :测定不同产区半夏药材中琥珀酸的含量。方法 :采用薄层扫描法。结果 :不同产区得半夏药材中琥珀酸得含量存在很大差异 ,其中以山西省产得半夏药材中琥珀酸含量最高 (约为 0 .0 2 5 4%)。以湖南省产的半夏药材中的琥珀酸含量最低 (约为 0 .0 0 38%)。结论 :国产半夏药材中的琥珀酸含量标准制定时应不低于 0 .0 12 6 %。
Objective: To compare Succinic Acid of Rhizoma Pinelliae in viarious areas in China.Method: Using the technology of TCL.Result:Succinic Acid in various areas in China are not very close to one another.The highest amount is in Shanxi Province(about 0.0254% )and the lowest amount is in Hunan Province(about 0.0038% ).Conclusion:There are obvious differences of Succinic Acid among various areas in China.Succinic Acid shoule be between 0.0038%～0.0254%
