摘要
目的 探讨促性腺激素对生殖内分泌 免疫系统的影响。方法 采用全自动发光法、ELISA法测定 2 0例患者超排卵前后卵泡刺激素 (FSH)、黄体生成素 (LH)、雌二醇 (E2 )、抗卵巢抗体 (AOA)、抗磷脂抗体 (APA)、抗核抗体 (ANA)、抗双链DNA抗体 (ds DND)及血清球蛋白IgA ,IgG ,IgM。结果 治疗后FSH、LH、E2 、IgM、IgG较治疗前无显著性变化 ,IgA明显高于治疗前 ,治疗后 2例患者出现AOA ,1例出现ds DNA。结论 超排卵不影响血清FSH、LH、E2 水平 ,可能对机体的免疫功能有所影响 。
Objective To study the sideeffect of ovarian hyperstimulation on women with infertility. Methods Twenty women with infertility were selected.The AOA,APA,ANA,ds DNA and IgA, IgM,IgG in serum before and after HMG/HCG treatment were measured by ELISA method.Results After HMG/HCG treatment,2 patients serum AOA were positive in 20, 1 patients serum ds DNA was positive.The level of IgA were increased significantly.Conclusion High dosage of gonadotropin would have side effect on immune system.
