摘要
本文对 PVC/ABS/CPE 三元共混物的性能随组成的变化进行了研究,动态力学谱了解了三元共混物的相容性,电镜观察了共混物的形态,讨论了加工条件—形态—性能的关系,得到:三元共混物同时具有网状结构和岛相结构时冲击强度最高,在性能上三元共混物能集 PVC/ABS/和 PVC/CPE 两元共混物的优点。PVC/ABS/CPE 三元共混物是一种良好的增韧 PVC 体系。
The relationship between morphology and impact strength of PVC/ABS/CPE blend was investigated.It corresponded to the maximum value in impact strength when both ABS dis- persing phase and CPE network structure were co-existed.When the three component sy- stem was blended at 190℃,the CPE network structure was destroyed,then causing the im- pact strength to reduce down.The other properties were also studied.It showed the blend had good results.
