本文介绍了新型铝酸酯偶联剂活化碳酸钙工艺,并将其与轻质碳酸钙、硬酯酸包覆碳酸钙在相对密度、吸水性、吸油率等方面进行了对比。还介绍了不同CaCO_3-PVC体系的塑化流变性能及活化碳酸钙在聚氯乙烯电缆料中的应用情况。
A practical method was proposed to activate the light calcium carbonate by a new type of aluminate coupling agent. This activated light calcium carbonate was compared with light calcium carbonate and stearic acid encased calcium carbonate in relative density, water absorption and oil absorption. And the article introduces the theological properties of various CaCO_3-PVC systems and some applications of activated CaCO_3 in PVC compounds for wire and cable.
