摘要
根据水弹性相似律对模型材料的要求 ,通过采用复合材料加填增重剂和改变模型材料的配方及生产工艺 ,研制出一种水弹性模型材料。使其密度和弹性模量均满足不同几何比尺模型的要求。当几何比尺为 2 0时 ,其动弹性模量为 1172 0 .4MPa ,密度为 7.37g/cm3 ;几何比尺为 13.37时 ,其动弹性模量为 16 82 2 .0MPa ,密度为 7.39g/cm3 。在无侧止水条件下 ,对用研制的材料制作的三峡深孔孤形闸门模型 ,进行了流激振动试验。通过测定闸门在运行过程中的振动加速度、支臂的动应力和门页上的水流脉动压力 。
Based on the requirements of the hydroelastic similitude criteria to materials,a hydroelastic model material was developed by using a composite material filled with a weight increasing agent and through changing the formula of raw materials and improving production workmanship to make both the density and elastic modula of composed materials meeting the requirements of various scale models respectively, e.g.,with a geometric scale 1∶20,its dynamic elastic modula is 117 720.4 MPa,the density 7.37 g/cm 3;with a geometric scale 1∶ 13.37 ,its dynamic elastic modula is 16 822.0 MPa, the density 7.39 g/cm 3.The flow induced gate vibration tests on Three Gorges Project's deep outlet tainter gates made by the developed materials were performed in no side seal case.By measuring vibration accelerations and the dynamic stresses in support member of the gate,and the flow fluctuating pressures on the gate frontface,the vibration characteristics of the gate were analysed.
