摘要
<正> 磷酸盐和硅酸盐的测定一般都用分光光度法中的钼黄法和钼蓝法。钼黄法相当稳定,但灵敏度低;钼蓝法的灵敏度虽有所提高,但这些有色配合物的摩尔吸光系数都未超过1×10~4。近年来用结晶紫—杂多酸分光光度法同时测定磷、硅和砷,然而砷和硅的含量只能用减差法求出,误差较大。由于地表水中含磷。
In the presence of polyvinyl alcohol the optical condition for the quantitative formation of the ion-association of heteropoly phosphomolybdic acid and heteropoly silico-molybdic acidwith crystal violet in aqueous phase is described.The calibration curve was linear 0.5~6.0μg ofP/25ml and 0.1~10μg of Si/25ml.The molar absorptivity was 1.5×10~5(P)and 1.8×10~5(Si).This complex stands stably within 3 hours.This method has been applied to the trace analy-sis of P and Si in human hair and water with satisfactory results.
