摘要
采用APPLE—Ⅱ微机和APPLESOFT BASIC资料档编写了DNA序列分析程序。该程序能迅速有效地存贮基因的碱基序列,并能检索200核苷酸(nt)以内的DNA 序列在基因中出现的位置与次数。通过各种附加程序,该程序能衍生出限制酶谱制作、基因结构分析、蛋白质序列估算及PCR 引物设计等多种功能。该程序在血栓与止血的分子生物学及其它医学生物学领域中有着广泛的应用。
Applesoft Basic data file has been used for compiling the DNA sequence analysis program se-ries on Apple-Ⅱ computer.This program series can store and read the sequence of a certain geneefficiently with great speed.It can also determine the frequency and location of a DNA sequencefewer than 200 nucleotides(nt)in a gene.Diverse functions such as physical mapping,gene struc-ture analysis,proteine sequence prediction,and PCR primer designing can be derived from thisadopter programs.This program series can be widely applied to the molecular biological study ofthrombosis and haemostasis,as well as other fields of medical biology.
