摘要
分析了转炉—连铸—热轧区段的匹配模式 ,指出钢铁制造流程中转炉—铸机—轧机的合理数量配置是“1- 1- 1” ;在热轧的生产规模为 35 0~ 5 0 0万t/a内 ,与之相对应的转炉配置和容量为 :对于大型转炉 ,采用三吹二模式 ,其容量范围为 180~ 2 5 0t;对于高效转炉 ,采用一座转炉吹炼制 ,其容量范围为 190~ 2 80t.分析了钢铁制造过程的“活套”工程的内涵 ,对不同衔接方式的广义“活套”
Matching mode of steelmaking continuous casting rolling section is analyzed,reasonable number configure of BOF CCM roller in steel manufacture flow in'1-1-1',while rolling production scale is 350×10 4~500×10 4 t/a,matching BOF configure and capacity:for large capacity BOF,3 2 blowing pattern,capacity is 180~250 t;for high efficiency BOF,one converter blowing system,capacity is 190~280 t;intension of loop engineering in steel manufacture process was analyzed,generalized loop capacity in different join mode was compared.
