摘要
从环境保护和资源的综合利用出发 ,通过对现有冶金技术的整合 ,提出了新型竖式熔化 还原炉的构想 理论分析和计算机模拟表明 ,该工艺设备利用系数高、能耗少、成本低 利用劣质废钢、钢铁企业粉尘或含合金元素的矿物可为短流程炼钢工艺提供热铁水或合金母液 。
To protect the environment and utilize resources complexly,a new device of shaft type melting and reduction furnace was designed by means of integrating existing metallurgic methods.Theoretical analysis and computer simulation show that the equipment in the process runs efficiently,consumption of energy is lower and production cost is cheaper.Hot metal may be made of poor scraps,dust and ore in the proccss,with which the mini steelmaking plants are supplied.It can enhance competition ability of steel productions.
