摘要
研究用CaO(w(CaO) =90 % ) +CaF2 (w(CaF2 ) =5 % ) +CaCl2 (w(CaCl2 ) =5 % )渣对铁水脱硫过程的动力学 理论分析判断和实验证实 ,该过程的速率控制步骤为硫在铁液中的传质 说明加强和改善搅拌 。
The kinetics of desulphurization process of pig iron melt with slag was studied.The transfer of sulphur in pig iron melt is the control step in the process,which is judged by theoretical analysis and verified then by experiment.As a result,enhancing and improving agitation is an important measure for raising the desulphurization efficiency.
