摘要
通过对一工程实例的处理 (即沈阳市某住宅小区七层砖混结构房屋 ,顶层多道横、纵墙大面积开裂 ,最大裂缝宽度达 1 5 mm) ,系统阐述了砖混结构墙体温度裂缝的机理、温差、温度应力、裂缝的分布和发展 ,以及裂缝的鉴别和控制。重点探讨了建筑物温度场的分布规律 ,提出了温差计算方法。讨论了温度应力计算方法基本假定 ,提出了相应的适用范围。并提出了裂缝控制的纯概念设计及补充设计计算的方法。
By soving an engineering problem,the author expounds systematically the reasons and distribution of temperature cracks of brick and concrete compostite construction wall.The distribution of temperature field of building is discussed in particular.Calculation method of temperature difference and stress is discussed.The valid range of calculation method is given.Concept design and calculation method to control crack is concluded.
