摘要
本文从理论上导出了适用于七五期间,国家重点技术开发项目,新型自动缫丝机的捞茧效率、失添时间和均匀度变化条数的计算式,并有纺织部丝绸局测试组的测试成绩加以验证,指明FD501自动缫丝机在生丝质量和产量上有明显的优点.
This paper inferes the effiviency of picking cocoons, time of missfeeding end,the formu-
la of the evenness variaion of the new automatic reeling machine from theory. This new
automatic reeling machine is one of key technological items during the Sevengy-Five Plan.
The above indexes of this new automatic reeling machine were tested and verified through
the experiments made by the Test Group of the Silk Bureau of MTI. The results of
experiments indicates that the FD-501 automatic reeling machine has the clear superiority
in quality and output of raw silk.
