激烈的市场竞争 ,需要大批专业技术人才。面对我国劳动者素质普遍低下的现状 ,提出只有从转变思想观念、加强职业技能培训、健全激励机制等方面入手 。
The sharp market competition needs large numbers of the talents with professional skills. Facing the present situation that the quality of the laborers in our country is commonly low, this paper points out that the quality of the laborers can be all-round increased through transforming the concept, strengthening the training of professional skills, perfecting the inspiring mechanism, etc.
