摘要
轴承的力学特性是多方面的,设计时应该作全面考虑.本文以轴承的径向和轴向的相对变形量为座标,介绍了轴承的10种力学特性曲线,全面而形象地表述了轴承的性能,使人一目了然,还可以利用特性曲线进行设计,避免了求“内部轴向力”、“当量载荷”和脱离变形去求解轴承计算的静不定问题等等不尽完善的计算方法.本文不讨论高速轴承.
There ten characteristic curves will be introduced in this paper. Those curves are: angle of
contact region curves; capacity of radius and axial load curves; bending moment curves;
maximal statical load curves; fatique life curves; friction moment curves and
elastohydrodynamic Lubrication curves. These curves were drawn in same coordinate sys-
tem with the coordinate axils which are the relative displacement of bearing in the direc-
tions of radius and axial. One example is given to explain the use of those curves.
