摘要
阐述了乡镇图书馆在社会主义现代化建设中的重要作用 ,提出了巩固和发展乡镇图书馆 ,应做好“四基”建设工作 ,即 :基本阵地建设、基本队伍建设、基本活动内容建设。
This paper expounds the important functions of the township libraries in socialist modernization construction, points out that four fondamental constructions, that are fondamental positions construction, fondamental ranks construction, fondamental activities contents construction and fondamental activities modes construction, should be done well for the purpose of strengthening and developing the township libraries.
