摘要 本文提出了催化光度法测定痕量铜的新方法,此法是基于萤光桃红在氨性介质中被H_2O_2氧化的反应受到痕量Cu(Ⅱ)的催化.本法的检测限为3.9×10^(-9)g/m1,测定Cu(Ⅱ)的范围为0.2-1.0μg/26ml测定了催化反应与非催化反应的表观活化能,研究了外来离子对测定的影响.用本法分析人发等样品取得满意的结果. A new catalytic spectrophotometric method for the determinati-on of trace copper (Ⅱ) is described. This method is based on the oxidation of Phloxine by hydrogen peroxide in ammoniacal medium, catalyzed by copp-er (Ⅱ). The detection limit is 3.9×10^(-9)g/ml, the determination range of copper (Ⅱ) is 0.2-1.0/μg/26ml. The apparent activation energy of catalytic and noncatalytic reactions are measured. The effect of foreign ions is studied. The proposed method has been used for analysis of human hairs etc. with sati-sfactory results.
