摘要
我国建设监理工作自1988年起试行，1996年起全面推行以来，迅速发展，为提高我国的工程建设质量和投资效益发挥了巨大作用，尤其是1999年出台的《建筑法》，将工程建设监理制确定为建设管理体制的一项基本制度。但如何尽羽完善这项制度，使监理企业在我国入关后适应国外咨询业的冲击，仍是监理企业需要不断探索和研究的重要课题。
The engineering inspection and control mechanism in China was tried out in 1988. It was carried out overall in 1996. It had made large role of engineering construction quality and investing benefit, The mechanism’s perfecting would made the enterprises to adapt the lash of advisory trade from abroad after China acceding to the WTO. How to perfect this mechanism still is the important task for enterprises of inspection and control to study and discuss.
