摘要
基于项目管理的实际,论述了项目追踪后评价的含意、分类、内容与意义;论述了对项目进行决策评价、技术评价、效率评价、管理评价的内容;分析了项目追踪后评价的重要作用,即有利于总结研发的经验、有利于及时纠正新产品开发过程中的偏差、有利于及时调节企业的技术创新战略和决策。
Based on the practice of project management, this paper analyzes the implication, classifica- tion, contents and significance of the evaluation of Post-Project tracking; including the contents of decision e- valuation, technology evaluation, efficiency evaluation and management evaluation of the project being imple- mented. The major role of the evaluation is to sum up the experience of R & D, correct the deviations in de- velopment of new products and regulate enterprise's technologyical innovation strategy and decision-making.
