摘要
于前列腺摘除术中先将髂内动脉前干栓塞可有效防止手术出血。本文介绍了双侧髂内动脉前干栓塞的方法:腹膜外暴露髂内动脉,用套管穿刺针刺入髂内动脉或其前干,拔除针芯,向前干内注入自体血块或明胶海绵碎粒。20例临床应用结果表明本法止血效果满意,无需输血,无副作用。
If the anterior trunks of hypogastric artery are embolized prior to the en-
ucleation of the hperplastic gland, operative bleeding can be prevented effec-
tively.The technique of embolization of anterior trunk is described in this
paper. Hypogastric artery or it's anterior trunk was exposed extraperitoneally and punct-
ured with a trocar, the stylet was pulled out and autoclots or porticles of gelfoam
were injected into the anterior trunk through the cannula. After that, suprapubic
prostatectomy was performed.Our clinical observation showed that the effect of
proventing hemorrhage was satisfactory, no blood transfusion was needed and no
side effect was observed in all 20 patients.
