摘要
阐述了金属粉末扫描电子显微镜样品制备技术的几种不同方法 ,并将它与常规方法相比较 。
A few different methods of sample making technology for the metal powder scanning electronic microsscope testing are described in this paper.They have many advantages by comparison with routine methods.
