摘要
用10 L自控搅拌式反应器对枯草杆菌(Bacillus subtilis HL-986)发酵生产溶栓酶的动力学进行了研究,建立了恒溶氧分批培养条件下细胞生长、还原糖消耗及溶栓酶积累的动力学模型.
The kinetic model of thrombolytic enzyme fermentation was studied in a 10 L auto-controlled bioreactor with Bacillus subtilis HL-986. Under the DO-stat batch culture condition, a set of unstructured kinetic models on biomass, reductant sugar consumption and thrombolytic enzyme production was proposed.
