摘要
对不锈钢连铸坯在热连轧时产生裂边的炉号进行了综合分析 ,确定了裂边产生的原因是由于连铸坯边部有大量的以氧化铁、氧化铬为主的氧化夹杂物 ,氧化夹杂物的存在削弱了基体的结合力 ,从而在热加工时导致严重开裂。同时 ,结合生产过程特征 。
Through comprehensive analysis on the furnace number of stainless steel cast slab on which the cracked edge occured,when hot continuous rolling,it is found that cracked edge is caused by a lot of oxide inclusion such as ferric oxide and chromium oxide at slab edge,which weakened the binding force of matrix so that severe cracking occurs during hot processing.The method of how to improve slab quality is pointed out in the light of the characteristic of production process.
