摘要
利用艾伯纳西—厄特拜克模型分析了产品创新与工艺创新在传统模式下的轻重变化关系;从大规模定制模式的目标与逻辑路线出发,以派恩的原始案例为依据,对产品创新与工艺创新在大规模定制模式下的作用进行比较,认为大规模定制模式下以工艺为主导的技术创新。
The degree of seriousness about pro duct innovation and process innovation in conventional model is analyze d with abernathy utterback model,and we discuss the aim and logic of mass cu stomization by the original case in p ineⅡsbook,to identify the newly degree o f product innovation and process inn ovation in mass customization model.This kind of process based on innovation can ch ange the role of product innovation a nd process innovation,process designer will be more important than product desig ner in acorporate technical group.
