介绍了一种可同时测量油水两相流流量和含水率的电导式传感器的结构。该传感器由 6个圆环形不锈钢电极镶嵌在绝缘的管道内壁上构成。流量是通过对传感器内上下游检测电极对所检测到的流体流动噪声进行互相关运算来获取的 ;含水率是通过油 /水混合相的电导与其中水相的电导相比来获取的。对传感器测量流量和含水率的原理进行了介绍 ;对电导式传感器在多相流模拟井上的流量测量和含水率测量的动态实验结果进行分析。动态实验表明 。
The structure of a kind of conductance sensor for simultaneously measuring flowrate and watercut in oil/water two phase flow is introduced in this paper. The sensor consists of six ring type stainless steel electrodes mounted flush on the inside wall of the insulator pipe through which the fluid flows. The flowrate is obtained through the cross correlation function of two fluid flowing signals from the upstream and downstream testing electrodes while the watercut from the conductance of oil/water mixture and that of pure water phase. The principles of measuring flowrate and watercut are introduced . The dynamic experimental results of the flowrate measurement and watercut measurement in multi phase flow loop are analyzed. The dynamic experiments indicate that the conductance sensor can simultaneously measure flowrate and watercut in oil/water phase flow .
