摘要
分析了我国天然气硫资源的现状 ,介绍了国内外主要硫化工产品 ,包括硫酸、液体二氧化硫、甲硫醇、蛋氨酸、二硫化碳、硫肥、不溶性硫、各种有机和无机磺酸盐以及各种无机硫化物等的生产情况及其生产工艺技术。在分析的基础上 ,提出了包括生产硫酸 /磷肥、蛋氨酸网络化生产路线以及无机 /有机硫化物联合生产在内的三条发展硫化工的基本思路。同时 ,分析了国内硫化工生产中存在的主要问题 ,对利用丰富的天然气硫资源发展硫化工的生产提出了意见及建议。
This paper analyses the reserves of sulfur in natural gas in domestic, and introduces the production and processes of main sulfur chemicals such as sulfuric acid, liquid sulfur dioxide,methanthiol, methionine,carbon disuIfide, sulfur - bearing chemical fertilizer, insoluble sulfur, various organic or inorganic sulfonate, and various inorganic sulfides, three development routes of sulfur chemical industry, namely sulfuric acid/phosphate fertilizer,methionine 'network synthesis', and inorganic or organic sulfides joint - production are suggested.
