摘要
南充炼油化工总厂重油催化裂化产物中汽油、液化气、干气中硫含量高 ,影响了产品的质量 ,而含硫废气、废水对环境也造成了污染。本文重点论述了重油催化裂化装置碱洗脱硫工艺和甲基二乙醇胺脱硫工艺的优劣 ,提出了目前脱硫系统存在的问题 ,并阐明了相应的解决措施。
The components of gasoline、LPG and dry gas in RFCC products at Nanchong Refinery & Chemical Complex have a high content of sulfur,which may influence the quality of the products.Sour gas and waste water can have a bad influence to the environment.This paper focuses on the differences between the caustic desulfurization technology and MDEA desulfurization technology for RFCC uint.It also puts forward the possible problems which exist in desulfurization system at present.Meantime,the corresponding solutions for desulfurizing system are clarified.
