摘要
本文通过发光菌发光强度与发光时间、发光菌发光强度与pH值的两个影响关系实验 ,确定了发光菌稳定发光时间和pH值范围。通过 8种单因子生物毒性实验 ,确定了金属离子、非金属离子对发光菌的半致死浓度。在此基础上 ,评价了某油田不达标采油污水的综合毒性以及有机化合物对生物的致毒机理。
This paper describe the relations of photogenic bacteria's luminous intensity to bacteria's photogenic time and photogenic bacteria's luminous intensity to pH experiments.By two influenced relation experiments determined photogenic bacteria's photogenic time and the range of pH.The half dead-concentation of metal ion and non-metal ion have determined after eight single factors' biological toxicity experiments,evaluate the synthetic toxicity of wastewater of certain oil field and deadly mechanism which organic compound affect on the microorganism.
