摘要
本文就俄罗斯工业与民用天然气 ,以及对外出口的天然气所执行的国家标准同国际标准(ISO 136 86 )和我国现行的“天然气”国家标准 (GB 1782 0 - 1999)从物化指标和试验方法两方面做了细致的对比 ,并对俄罗斯现行的测定天然气发热量、沃泊指数、硫化氢、组分含量等物化参数的试验方法标准进行了分析 ,指出俄罗斯现行天然气国家标准的基本原则与ISO 136 86相一致 ,其规定的技术指标与GB1782 0是一致的 ,而且涵盖的要求范围更宽 ,相关试验方法标准与国际标准和我国国家标准也是相一致的。本文特别强调在我国引进俄罗斯天然气时应重视有关水露点指标的确定。
According to the specifications of physical and chemical parameters and the test methods,detailed comparison between Russian national standards of natural gas on industrial and domestic application and exportation and the international standard of ISO 13686 and Chinese national standard of GB 17829-1999 is done in this paper,and also the standards for test methods of determination of calorific values,Wobbe index,hydrogen sulfide and component contents etc.of natural gas are analyzed.From above it is known that the basic principle of drawing the Russian standards of natural gas is the same with ISO 13686,the specification of it is coincident to GB 17820 and even the scope required is wider,and also the relevant standards of test methods are similar with the international standards and our national standards.It is emphasized that the specification of water dew point should be attended in introduction of natural gas from Russia in this paper.
