摘要
考察了加入粘度指数改进剂对内燃机油运动粘度的影响。结果表明 ,在粘度指数改进剂添加量一定的情况下 ,油品粘度随基础油粘度变化的模型是一有截距的直线方程。而目前常用的描述粘度指数改进剂对油品粘度影响的Kraemer和Huggins方程 ,在粘度指数改进剂添加量一定时 ,所显示的是一无截距的直线方程 ,与试验结果不完全一致。分析试验结果后 ,找到了更加适宜的粘度指数改进剂对油品运动粘度影响的模型 ,ν =ν0+w(c1ν0 +c2 w)。新模型物理意义简单、直接 ,c1代表基础油粘度对粘度指数改进剂增粘能力的影响 ;c2 代表粘度指数改进剂加量对粘度指数改进剂增粘能力的影响。回归分析结果表明 。
The effect of viscosity index improvers on viscosity of engine oils was investigated. Under a certain amount of viscosity index improver, the model describing the changes of final oil viscosity with the viscosity of base oil is a liner equation with an intercept. This result does not agree with the equations developed by Kraemer or Huggins, which have been widely used now for describing the changes of the oil viscosity with the added viscosity index improvers. After the test results were analyzed, a new model ν=ν 0+ w(c 1 ν 0+c 2w ) was generated as described in this paper. There are some physical meanings in this equation. c 1 represents the influence of the viscosity of base oil on the thickening power of the viscosity index improver. c 2 represents the influence of the rate of the viscosity index improver in the oil on the thickening power of the viscosity index improver. The analysis results show that the model developed is more precise than the Kraemer or Huggins equations.
