摘要
研究了高冰镍和软锰矿在硫酸中的常压浸出过程 ,查明了影响浸出速率和浸出效率的因素 ,阐明了软锰矿、二氧化锰和高冰镍中镍硫化物的溶解机理 ,探讨了浸出过程中β -NiS的生成机理 ,提出了强化浸出的措施 ,进行了浸出正交试验 。
The leaching process of the mixed minerals of high grade nickel matte and soft manganese ore in sulfuric acid system has been studied The influences of the essential factors on the leaching velocity and efficiency have been investigated The dissolving principles of soft manganese ore and nickel sulphide have been expounded The formation principle and technology condition of β NiS have been explored Some intensification measures to leaching process have been offered The orthogonal experiments of the first and the second section of leaching have been completed The best technology conditions of the two leaching sections of process have been acquired with orthogonal experiment method
