摘要
2 1世纪是科技的时代 ,在科学技术迅猛发展的今天 ,中国的石油勘探业揭开了继往开来的崭新一页 ,与此同时也面临着更严峻的考验。以此为基点 ,讨论了石油勘探业面临的挑战以及石油勘探技术发展的决策 :(1)有限油气资源带来的挑战———勘探目标的合理转移 ;(2 )勘探成熟度不断提高、勘探对象日趋复杂带来的挑战———新技术的开发和应用 ;(3)国际化经营带来的挑战———管理机制的改进。在此基础上 ,进一步分析了 2 1世纪石油科技的发展趋势。统观全球 ,石油工业面临着经济一体化的冲击 ,在开放的竞争环境中 ,中国的石油勘探业只有推陈出新并与国际市场接轨 ,才能使中国的石油勘探事业持续发展。
The twenty first century is a scientific and technical era. Nowadays, with the development of science and technique, the cause of petroleum exploration opens abrand new page, which will carry on the past and open a way for future. Therefore, the petroleum exploration will confront the more severe challenges. Three respects of the challenges and corresponding solutions are proposed. The first one is that the limited oil and gas resources bring some challenges, which needs us to change the explorating target reasonably. The second one is that the improvement of exploration intensity and the complexity of the explorating target brings some challenges, which asks us to develop and apply some new techniques. The third one is that the international environment brings some challenges, which needs us to change management mechanism properly. On the basis of those, the tendency of the development of petroleum science and technique in the twenty first century is proposed. Generally speaking, an attack of the global economic union is faced by us. In the open environment, the petroleum exploration of China must get rid of the stale and bring forth the fresh and associate with the international market.
