摘要
论述了区域可持续发展的评估问题 ,讨论了评估因素的确定和结构 .采用层次分析法确定了因素的相对权重 ,根据模糊综合评估原理提出了区域可持续发展的模糊综合评估模型 ,最后利用此模型对徐州地区的可持续发展进行了综合评估 ,结果表明徐州地区基本实现了可持续发展 .此模型也可用于其他问题的模糊综合评估 。
This article deals with the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation on regional sustainable development, discusses the decision and structure of evaluation factors, adopts AHP to confirm relative weight of every factor and presents fuzzy synthetic evaluation model on regional sustainable development according to fuzzy synthetic evaluation principle. The model is clear, simple, makes evaluation result ration and achieve objective and candid effect, accordingly offers science basis. Finally the regional sustainable development of Xuzhou area is evaluated synthetically using the model and the result indicates Xuzhou area realize regional sustainable development on the whole. The model may be used to evaluate other problems and has definite generalizing and application value.
